Create Customer Manually
- Select Customers from the menu
- Select Create on the top right corner
- Select company check box to make your customer a company
(The system will be default create the customer as an Individual if the box is left blank )
(This can be edited by checking the box to convert to “ My customer is a company”)
- Fill in the Customer Code if you want your own code otherwise leave it blank for the system to auto generate codes per customer
- Complete the following fields:
- Fill in the Customer/Company Name
- Fill in the customer contact’s First Name
- Fill in the customer contact’s Last Name
- Fill in the customer’s email address or mobile number or both if you have them , at least one of them is required
- You are able to add a location click Add location and complete the following fields
- Fill in a description
- Fill in address lines
- Select a location type
- Select a country
Click Create Customer to complete the process.
