Setting up your company ( Getting started)

Information that you insert here are the details that show on your documents as your company information. 

Insert your company logo

By Uploading the image OR

By dragging the image from your saved pictures or downloads

Company Details

• Company Name

• Company Registration number

• Telephone Number

• Email Address

• Web Address

• Currency – this will set what currency your company uses for your quotes and invoices

• VAT Registration No.

• Tax percentage – VAT percentage that you charge. South Africa standard is 15%

• Time Zone – All your data will be set to the time zone that your country mainly operates in.

Company Address

Input your company’s physical and/or postal address. 

If they are the same tick the check box that says “Postal same as Physical”

Banking details

These details will show on your quotes and invoices for your customers to be able to pay you.

Communication Settings

• Email from name – This will show your customers who the email is sent from.

• Email from address – When customers reply to emails sent to them, their responses will be sent to this email address.
