How to create customers

Create Customers:

  1. Select Customers from the side menu.
  2. Select Customer List in the drop down.
  3. Select Create on the top right corner.
  4. By default it will create the customer as an Individual you can select Company to change this.
  5. Fill in the Customer Code if you want your own code otherwise leave it blank for the system to allocate a new code.
  6. If you selected the customer to be a Company then fill in the company name.
  7. Fill in the contact First Name.
  8. Fill in the contact Last Name.
  9. Fill in either an email address or mobile number or both if you have them.
  10. If you want to add a location click Add location.
    1. Fill in a description.
    2. Fill in address lines.
    3. Select a location type.
    4. Select a country.
  11. Click Create Customer to complete the process.
