How to create financial documents

Create Quote from Job:

  1. Click on the Options button in a Job Card.
  2. Select Create Quote.
  3. Click on Add Line to add items to your Quote:
    1. Add Item: add any item from your Inventory
    2. Add Description: Add text placement holder for item. No price for this line.
    3. Add Asset: Add an Asset from the linked Job to this Quote.
    4. Add Items Used: Add any or all items that were added to the Job in the
      Items Used tab.
  4. Click Create Quote to complete the process

 

Create Invoice from Job:

  1. Click on the Options button in a Job Card.
  2. Select Create Invoice.
  3. Click on Add Item to add items to your Invoice:
    1. Add Item: add any Item from your Inventory
    2. Add Description: Add text placement holder for item. No price for this line.
  4. Click Create Invoice to complete the process.

 

Create a Purchase Order from Job:

  1. Click on the Options button in a Job Card.
  2. Select Create Purchase Order.
  3. Click on Add Item to add items to your Purchase Order:
    1. Add Item: add any Item from your Inventory
    2. Add Description: Add text placement holder for item. No price for this line.
  4. Click Create Purchase Order to complete the process.

Create Quote from Job:

  1. Click on the Options button in a Job Card.
  2. Select Create Quote.
  3. Click on Add Line to add items to your Quote:

Create a Purchase Order from Job:

  2. Select Create Purchase Order.

  4. Click Create Purchase Order to complete the process.
