How to create job status

Create Job Statuses:

  1. Select Settings from the side menu.
  2. Select Job->Statuses from the settings menu(opens this screen by default).
  3. Click Add Status.
  4. Name the status by filling in the Status Label field and select a colour for the status.
  5. Click Add Fields to add any extra relevant information for Job Cards like Employee List to be able to assign technicians.
  6. Select Required if you want to force the fields to be filled in on that Status.
  7. Click Save to complete the process.
