Permissions allow you to control what each user on your system has access to:
Jobs – Allows user to Create, Edit and View Jobs
Quotes – Allows user to Create, Edit and View Quotes
Invoices – Allows user to Create, Edit and View Invoices
Assets – Allows user to Create, Edit and View Assets
Inventories – Allows user to Create, Edit and View Inventory, Categories, Subcategories and Suppliers
Reports – View Reports
Employees – Create and Edit Employees
Queries – Allows user to Create, Edit and View Queries
Appointments – Allows user to Create, Edit and View Appointments
Purchase Orders – Allows user to Create, Edit and View Purchase Orders
Customers – Allows user to Create, Edit and View Customers
Messages – View Messages
Settings – Access to all general settings except for Company, Employees, Integrations and Subscriptions.
My View Only – Limits employees to only see what items are assigned to them. This applies to any ticked permissions.
